• Conduct initial screening and verification, but final hiring decisions rest with users.
• Do not employ nannies or tutors directly unless otherwise stated.

3. User Responsibilities

Families/Clients must:

• Provide accurate service needs while filling forms.
• Respect the dignity and rights of nannies.
• Pay the agreed-upon fees as communicated.
• Ensure a safe and respectful environment for hired professionals.

Nannies & Tutors must:

• Provide honest information in your profile and application.
• Show professionalism and punctuality.
• Maintain confidentiality and child/student safety at all times.
• Follow Nannyhomes’s policies and local regulations.

4. Payments

• Follow our payment procedures.
• Do not make off-platform payments unless permitted by Nannyhomes.
• Understand that service fees, commissions, or taxes may apply.

5. Background Checks and Verification

• We perform background checks and verifications (identity, qualifications, experience).
• However, we do not guarantee complete reliability or suitability of any user.
• Families are encouraged to conduct final assessments or interviews before hiring.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and is never shared without consent, except as required by law.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• Misrepresent identity, qualifications, or intent.
• Harass, exploit, or discriminate against any user.
• Use the platform for illegal, abusive or unethical activities.
• Post or share harmful, abusive, or misleading content.

Violations may lead to suspension or permanent removal.

8. Intellectual Property

• All text, logos, graphics, and visuals are our property.
• You may not copy, distribute, or use them without written permission.

9. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account for breaches or unethical behavior.
• Users may also request deactivation via support.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nannyhomes is not liable for damages, disputes, or user misconduct. While we support users in serious concerns, final responsibility lies with the involved parties.
